Refund and Cancellation policy
1. Payment Schedule & Registration Advance Payment: Tuition fees are generally payable in advance before the commencement of the course or monthly session.
Enrolment Confirmation: Your registration is finalized only upon receipt of the initial deposit or full payment. Access to the learning management system (LMS) or live sessions will be granted shortly thereafter.
2. Fees & Charges Fee Structure: All fees are quoted in the local currency (e.g., INR) and are subject to change at the institution’s discretion with prior notice.
Additional Costs: Quoted fees may exclude third-party transaction charges, such as payment gateway convenience fees (typically ranging from 0.40% to 2.40% depending on the card or wallet used).
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy Standard Refund Windows:
No Refunds: Minimum one month’s fee will be payable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Because online materials and recordings are immediately accessible, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for courses once enrollment is confirmed. If services are discontinued mid-academic year, refunds may be calculated pro-rata based on classes already conducted.
4. Liability Incorrect Transfers: The institution is not liable for payments made to incorrect account numbers or if a card supplier declines a transaction. Technical Issues: Technical problems on the student’s end (e.g., poor internet) do not generally entitle them to fee waivers or refunds.
